My 26 years of business experience span positions as President of Strategic Management Group, Inc. in Chicago; COO of DCM Capital a Money Management & Venture Capital Company based in New York & Chicago; Senior partner of Wealth Advisors International; CEO of Dr. Joyce Brothers Media Group; practice director for Gemini Consulting and Director of Consulting Services at Symantec, Inc. in California, a software publisher.         

I started coaching in 1992 with unfulfilled corporate executives that made it to the top but lost their passion. Coaching helps them discover their deep inner purpose, how to apply their strengths and clear negative thinking patterns that keep them from being fulfilled. Then by focusing on creating irresistible strategies for the future the new part of their journey begins.

I have trained, coached, and facilitated more than 40,000 people as Executive Development trainer, Organizational Development Consultant, CEO Roundtable and Entrepreneur Forum facilitator, keynote speaker, Coach and founder of Infinite Impact. 

I have consulted with more than 100 organizations including Citibank, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Wachovia Bank, 3M, Cornell University, AT&T, Toyota, US Air, and Washington University School of Medicine.   I earned an MA from Webster University and am a certified MBTI Trainer and NLP Practitioner.  I am a minister, President of the Center for Spiritual Living, and a member of the National Speakers Association.    

I have authored dozens of customized interactive training programs and retreats on a wide range of topics that awaken and inspire our ability to see ourselves and our choices more clearly, and that offer tools and perspectives that help people live their lives with greater fulfillment, effectiveness and grace.
